          This order disposes of miscellaneous application No.90 of 2016 filed in First Appeal No.546 of 2013 titled Reliance General Insurance Company Limited versus Raj Kumar, which was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated March 12th, 2014. Since the appeal was dismissed, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/­- deposited at the time of filing the appeal, was directed to be refunded to the complainant. 

2.      By filing the present application, the applicant/Opposite Party seeks refund of the said amount in its favour because the amount awarded alongwith interest has already been paid to the complainant. 

3.      In view of this, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the applicant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
