PER S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   File taken up today before the Lok Adalat as both the parties are ready to settle the matter amicably.

2.                Learned counsel for appellants has made a statement on 09^th September, 2022 that he does not wants to pursue further with the present appeal as the order of District Commission has already been complied with and the whole payment has been paid to the respondents and now nothing is due against the appellant. He further prayed that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants.

3.                In view of the statement made by the learned counsel counsel for the appellants, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

4.               Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5                 A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
