The present proceedings have been filed after undue delay of 129 days and application for condonation of delay has also been filed setting out certain vague grounds/reasons for the delay.  A person who approaches court or tribunal must explain each day’s delay besides providing sufficient cause, which prevented him from filing the petition within the prescribed period.  In the present case, the appeal was dismissed by the State Commission only on the ground of limitation but still the petitioner was not wiser to challenge the said order within the prescribed period of limitation, which is 90 days.

We do not find it a fit case to condone the delay of 129 days in filing the present petition.  Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is rejected.  Consequently, the revision petition is dismissed as barred by limitation.
