Mr. Mayank Mohit Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions from Mr. Hamid Ashraf, Branch Law Officer of the appellant, submits that the execution case filed by the complainant- R-1, 2 and 3 has been disposed off on full satisfaction and therefore the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal.

Nobody appears on behalf of the R-1 to 3, though counsel for R- 4, 5 is present who has got no objection.

Accordingly this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

It may be noted that Rs. 10,000/- deposited by the appellant as per the order dated 13-05-2015 has been withdrawn on behalf of R- 1 to 3.

Mr. Mayank submits, that as the entire decreetal amount has been paid, the statutory amount be returned.

If that be so, the statutory amount be returned to the appellant.
