Heard Sh. Parag Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant through video conferencing.

An application has been filed on behalf of the appellant and prayer has been made that this appeal be dismissed, as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant and the respondent No. 1 / complainant have entered into compromise and decretal amount has been given to the respondent No. 1 / complainant, hence the appeal has become infructuous.  His further submission is that the appeal be dismissed, as not pressed.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed, as not pressed.

The statutory amount deposited by the appellant at the time of filing this appeal, be released in favour of the appellant. 

                        File be consigned.
