Respondent, who is appearing in person, states that in pursuance to the Execution Petition filed by Decree Holder, the amount along with interest awarded by the State Commission has been paid to him on 11.4.2005; that the car was returned to the dealer and the registration of the car has now been cancelled.

            The Revision Petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
