3. Carbon Mobile Company, Jaina Marketing Association, D/170, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi.

                   Sh.Mohit Tayal Advocate for the Opposite parties no.2 and 3.

 

 ORDER:                   

                      Sh.Mohit Tyal Advocate for the Opposite Party No.2 and 3 made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to replace the old mobile set of the complainant with a new one of the same model or same specifications  within a period of thirty days, subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile set   alongwith all  original accessories with the with service centre of the Opposite Parties. Therefore, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties  recorded separately in this regard

 

 

 

 

 

2.                   In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Therefore, the same stands disposed off  accordingly. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
