Today is fixed for admission hearing. The Complainant takes no step. The case is taken up for consideration of the admission matter. Perused the materials on record. It appears that the residential address of both the complainant and OP is at Kharagpur., District Paschim Medinipur. Kharagpur., District Paschim Medinipur is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the DCDRC, Purba Medinipur. The instant case is not maintainable in law in terms of Section 34 of CP Act, 2019 as it has been filed beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the DCDRC, Purba Medinipur and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, It is 

ORDERED

that CC/67/2023 be and the same is dismissed as Not Admitted.
