The above noted application has been filed by the Petitioner pplicant seeking rectification in order dated 18.11.2004 passed by this Commission and has also prayed for refund of Rs.66,672/- (Rupees Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Two only) to him from the respondent. Alongwith it, an application seeking condonation of delay has also been filed. As far as application for condonation of delay is concerned, the order dated 18.11.2004 of which review is being sought was passed by this Commission more than nine and a half years ago. No explanation has been given for this long delay of nine and a half years. As such, no ground is made out for condoning the delay. The application for condonation of delay is hereby rejected. As far as prayer for review is concerned, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for review of order dated 18.11.2004, passed by this Commission. Accordingly, the review application as well as application for condonation of delay stand dismissed.
