Today is fixed for compliance of the remaining portion of the order under execution.

Today complainant/Dhr files hazira through the ld. Advocate. Ld. Counsel for the OP files a petition along with copy of letter dated 29.11.2017 & 24.10.2012 from where it is evident that the Complainant/Dhr Sri Asit Sarkar paid all rectified bills on 20.9.2017 and the OP/Jdr-1 has complied the order of this Ld. Forum  by paying Rs. 1,000=00 for mental pain, agony and harassment and Rs. 500=00 as litigation cost of the complainant/Dhr on 9.11.2017 and by filing petition prayed for passing necessary order, otherwise the OP/Jdr-1 will be seriously prejudiced.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant/Dhr put his signature on the margin of the said petition with ‘no objection’. He has also verbally stated that the complainant/Dhr has already got the awarded amount from the OP/Jdr. So there is no grievance against the OP/Jdr and he is of the opinion that the present Execution Application should be dropped.

As the awarded amount has already been given by the OP/Jdr and the complainant/Dhr has deposited the rectified bill amount, so no issue is left for disposal and we are of the opinion that the present Execution Application should be disposed of with full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

that the Execution Application being No. 14/2017 be and the same is disposed of with full and final settlement without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
