None present for the appellant today.

          None was also present on 29.04.15, 09.06.15   and 02.09.15. 

         SPCs vide no. 301 dated 04.02.15 and no.949 dated 08.03.16 were issued to the appellant But none was present to argue the case.

        This continuous absence indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this case.
