File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant for withdrawal of complaint. In view of no objection made by counsel for OP, the said application is hereby allowed.

          Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the complaint and same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
