Today, Statement of Mr.Neeraj, Complainant in person recorded that the matter has been settled between the parties and the OP has credited a sum of Rs.7500/- in his ICICI Bank Account bearing No.361201501103 through Google Pay. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
