Vide order dated 21.11.2022 complainant was directed to file amended memo of parties. Still order has not been complied. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that complainant was not appearing for the last three consecutive hearings in fact last and final opportunity was also granted to the complainant. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
