JUDGEMENT

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non refund of deposited  amount which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the letter returned back to the commission  with a postal remark “No such addressee available hence returned to sender” was mentioned in the postal cover. So this commission  had informed the complainant to give correct  address so as to this commission  will  sent notice to the O.P. further.

The complainant has not appeared before the commission   on repeated call.   It is presumed the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further. Hence the case is dismissed for default.
