ORDER

At the outset, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that since the dispute, subject matter of the present Appeals, has already been amicably settled between the parties out of court, he has instructions not to press the present Appeals.

        Accordingly, the Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

        It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the issue raised in the Appeals.

        The statutory deposits made at the time of filing of the Appeals shall be refunded to the Appellants.
