The complainant is absent without steps.

None turned  up on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls.

From the order-sheet we find that the complainant has been absenting himself for three consecutive dates. We also find that on the previous day i.e. on 20.9.2017 the complainant was absent without steps. As such he was directed to show cause by this day as to why the case shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution. In spite of that the complainant did not file any show-cause petition. Thus from the conduct of the complainant, it appears to us that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this case.  So, the case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence it is

O R D E R E D

 that the CC No.36/2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The documents, if any, and the extra sets filed by the complainant be returned on proper receipt.
