JUDGEMENT

The  present disputes emerges out of the grievance raised in the  complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non  supply of  actual watt of spray paint gun as per order  inter alia excess amount  taken during  delivery of the materials without observing advertisement amount  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

The case  record is advanced to day on the strength of an advance petition filed by the complainant. The complainant is  present and filed a memo in advance wish to drop the complaint case against the O.Ps for reasons  specifically not mentioned there in and submitted that in the  interest of justice proceeding in the complaint be dropped.

Heard.  Perused the memo. Accordingly the complaint case is  dropped   hereby as the complainant is   not inclined to proceed  the case  further.  Hence the  case closed  in the interest of justice.
