BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Both parties filed joint memo.  Matter is settled to the tune of Rs.55,000/- paid by way of D.D. bearing No.026393 dated 28.10.2022 drawn on J & K Bank, Bandra in favour of complainants. 

In view of joint memo, matter is settled.  The complaint is dismissed.
