          The appellants are the opposite parties in CC.624/2008 in the file of CDRF, Thrissur.  Opposite parties are under orders to return the TC and pay compensation of Rs.3000/- and cost of Rs.500/-.

          2. The matter is with respect to non returning  of the TC submitted by the complainant to the University.  It is noted in the order that the respondent remined ex-parte.

          3. It is the contention of the counsel for the appellants  that version was already filed but the counsel missed the posting date. It is submitted that the TC was already returned to the complainant.

          4. In the circumstances the order of the Forum is set aside on condition that the appellants/opposite party pay a sum of Rs.2000/- towards cost to the complainant or deposit the same before the Forum which can be withdrawn by the complainant.  On payment of cost the Forum will permit the opposite parties to contest the matter and dispose of the same on merits.

          5. The matter stands posted before the Forum on 20.1.2012.  The Forum will issue notice to the complainant.

          Office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
