          President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bhiwani has sent a reference No.246 dated October 03^rd, 2016 to this Commission to transfer Complaint No.223 of August 06^th, 2015, titled Manish Sharma Versus Raghu Hyundai and others on the ground that the complainant is interfering in the administration of justice, by putting pressure tactics.  

2.      During the course of hearing, it has been agreed between both the parties that the complaint be transferred to any other District Forum.

3.      In view of above, the complaint shall stand transferred to the District Forum, Hisar, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law with a direction to decide the complaint within a period of three months from the receipt of this order.

4.      The parties are directed to appear before the transferee District Forum on November 30^th, 2016. 

5.      Disposed of accordingly.
