JUSTICE SRI.P.Q.BARKATH ALI      : PRESIDENT

                 It is seen from the records that opposite party was set exparte by the Forum. Taking into account, the nature of the contentions raised by the parties, we feel that an opportunity should be given to the appellants to contest the matter on merits. Bu the present case complaint is a handicapped lady. Therefore, appellants shall pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

                 In the result, the appeal is allowed. The impugned order of the Forum is set aside. Matter is remanded to the Forum for fresh disposal in accordance with Law. Appellants shall appear before the Forum on 30.05.2017. On receipt of records Forum shall issue notice to the complainant. Appellants are permitted to pay the cost to the complainant before the Forum.
