Case called out repeatedly. Complainant is absent. This complaint was received by Post therefore, notice was issued to the complainant for completing formalities required for filing a regular complaint but, the complainant has not turned-up. It appears from perusal of the complaint that, the allegation of the complaint is regarding embezzlement therefore, there is no justification for initiating any action against the Opposite Party by this Forum. In view of the above, the present case is liable to be dismissed. The case is dismissed accordingly. Let record be consigned.
