Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the impugned order dated 28th May, 2008 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi in appeal no. 08/ 507, it has been stated as under:
“8.     The impugned order shall be complied with within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
“9.     Bank Guarantee/ FDR, if any, furnished by the appellant be returned forthwith”.
 
          Learned Counsel submits that the Bank Guarantee/ FDR should not be returned to the respondent unless the District Forum’s order, confirmed by the State Commission, is fully complied with. This Commission is not required to make by such a clarification since the State Commission’s order is clear. He may raise this issue, if felt necessary by him, while executing the District Forum’s order. The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
