None is present for the parties. We perused the appeal and condonation of delay application. There is a delay of 2 years in filing this appeal. Appellants/Original Opponents No.1 & 2 have filed this appeal against the judgment and award dated 10/08/2006. However, the appeal is filed on 15/11/2008 i.e. after a period of more than 2 years.  For condonation of this delay, an application for condonation of delay is filed by the appellant. But it is not supported by affidavit. There is no evidence in support of this application. We are finding that the reason that appellant was seriously suffering from slip disc since last 1 1/2 years is not a sufficient cause to condone the delay of more than 2 years. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to condone the delay. Hence the following order..

              Application for condonation of delay is rejected.     Consequently, appeal does not survive for consideration.
