The case is posted today for appearance of complainant and to file presence status of this case. Complainant did not appear on repeated calls. On perusal of the record the complainant is absent since 05.01.2009 and since then the complainant has not file a single step on the matter. The Hon’ble State Commission, Odisha, Cuttack in RP No. 139 of 2008 has been pleased to issue interim stay order on the proceeding. Since then the case is pending awaiting further order from Hon’ble State Commission, Cuttack. It is a year old case of 2007. This Commission enquired and found that the matter has been dispose of 04.09.2019. Since then due to non appearance of the parties the case is prolonging unnecessarily. As such, the case is dismissed.
