                   Complainant is absent on call. Perused the complainant petition & documents filed by the complainant. It reveals from the documents filed by the complainant that, this case of change of adder which has to be sent by the O.P. through post. This act of the O.P. is a statutory functions and not a service. Further the material available on record does not disclose that, whether the documents  are seized in any case. Hence this is not a consumer  dispute.

        Accordingly  the case  of the complainant is dismissed as not admitted.
