 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to return back the original consignment  or to pay the consignment value of Rs.10,000/- along with interest and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- for mental agony and Rs.25,000/- as cost of the complaint.

 

 

 The complainant filed Memo stating that the case is settled out of forum and received a sum of Rs.35,000/-.   Hence the memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
