This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to return the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- paid to the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, financial loss, mental stress and agony with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and opposite parties 1 to 3 are not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version. Both complainant and the opposite parties 1 to 3 and their respective Counsels absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
