This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to return the booking advance amount of Rs.50,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 15.05.2014 and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, hardship and mental agony with cost to the complainant.

The complainant appeared in person and made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  No costs.
