Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh.Pankaj Abhi, Proprietor for OP1 in person.

                   Sh.Rishi Bansal, Advocate for OP2.

                   OP3 exparte.

                   Settlement has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Pankaj Abhi Proprietor of OP1 has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised between him and the complainant. He has agreed to pay the amount of Rs.11,000/- to the complainant  in lieu of the said compromise against proper receipt from complainant. He shall pay the amount within 7 days from today.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Jarnail Singh has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of OP1 and he agrees to the same and he accepts the said offer. The complainant shall not claim anything in future except the amount of Rs.11,000/- from the OP1. The complainant shall bound by this statement. He shall return original mobile, bill and charger at the time of receiving of settled amount from OP1 against proper receipt. As such, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs.11000/- to the complainant against proper receipt within 7 days from today. Copy of the order be given to the parties dasti. File be consigned to record room.
