                        Case called several times since morning.  But the complainant has not put in appearance.  Let the case be called again after lunch-break.

                        Case called again after lunch-break but the complainant did not put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently.  It is already 3:30 p.m.  No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 19.06.2017, 19.07.2017 and on 05.09.2017.  The case was fixed for the evidence of complainant on 19.07.2017 and on 05.09.2017.  So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the complaint.  Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
