Case record taken up   by the strength of application filed by the complainant .The complainant present and  submit that he has received Rs.3,84,360.65/- as it has been deposited by O.P Bank i.e. Bank of India, Borda Branch in the account of the complainant vide A/C No.514310510001801 and that he does not want to proceed anymore in this complaint. Said application is taken into record be formed part of this order.

In view of above said submission of the complainant and as the matter settled amicably between the party this consumer complaint is disposed off accordingly
