Perused the petition filed by the Jdr. and the materials on record.

It appears that Jdr. had made prayer to deposit one Account Payee Cheque bearing no.402842 dated 06-02-2017 amounting to Rs.11,92,082.19 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank in favour of Bimala Hembram i.e. Dhr. as amount awarded in this case.

Heard both sides.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer made by the Jdr. to deposit this cheque in this Forum.

Hence, it is

That the application filed by the Jdr. is hereby allowed.

Registrar is hereby directed to accept the Account Payee Cheque bearing no.402842 dated 06-02-2017 amounting to Rs.11,92,082.19 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank in favour of Bimala Hembram and to keep the same in safe custody.

Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. is directed to produce Bimala Hembram Dhr. along with her proof of identification on the date fixed i.e. on 29-03-2017.
