ORDER

        State Commission disposed of a number of appeals by a common order against which a bunch of revision petitions was filed.  Revision petitions bearing No.2653 – 2658/2007 came up for hearing before a Bench of this Commission, which disposed of the same vide order dated 23.10.2007. 

        Facts being similar and the point involved being the same, these revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Commission in R.P. No.2653/2007 & other connected revision petitions on 23.10.2007.
