Present:       Sh.M.S.Sethi, Adv. for applicant.

                   Sh.S.K.Uppal, Adv. for respondent no.1.

                   Execution application against respondent no.2 dismissed as

       withdrawn.

 

                   Sh.S.K.Uppal, Adv. for respondent no.1 has suffered a statement that his client will pay Rs.92,000/- (total) in compliance of the order dated 30.09.14 passed by this Forum within 45 days from today.

                   On the other hand, Sh.M.S.Sethi, Adv. for applicant has suffered that he has read the statement of respondent no.1 and agree with the same. He has no objection, if the present execution application be disposed off with a direction to the JD. to make the payment as per the statement Ld. counsel for respondent. He should be penalized for Rs.5000/-, in case the order is not complied with as per the statement suffered by Ld. counsel for respondents no.1 today.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for applicant, the present execution application stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.1 to comply with the order as per the statement suffered by their counsel today, failing which, respondent no.1 shall be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as penalty to the applicant.. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to record room.
