ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to recover Rs.3,500/- being the consideration price of the solar Lantern and Rs.500/- as compensation from both the respondants shall pay the amount of Rs.4,000/- totally being the price money and compensation to the complainant jointly and severally. Further the complainant is also held entitled to Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings. Further the respondants shall pay the amount of Rs.4,250/- being the price money of the solar lantern, compensation amount and costs of this proceedings within thrity days from the date of this judgement and order, provided respondants do not prefer an appeal against the judgement and order in this case and obtain stay order staying the operation of the judgement and order in this case. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
