ORDER

     At this stage, the matter has been settled between the parties. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for OP No.2 has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP No.2 shall repair the mobile handset in question free of cost, after submission of the same with the service centre and also pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1500/- to the complainant, within a period of 30 days from today(18.01.2024) in full and final settlement of the present matter. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Pankaj Kumar, Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OP No.2 and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of settlement. It has been further stated by complainant that he does not press this complaint against OP No.1 & 3 and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn against them.

     In view of the statements made by the counsel for OP No.2 as well as complainant, the complaint is disposed of being settled. OP No.2 and complainant shall be bound by their statements made today.

     The complaint against OP No.1 & 3 is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
