Sh.Rakesh Kumar Sharma,Adv.counsel for the respondent No.1 got recorded his statement that as per directions of the Hon'ble National Commission, New Delhi dated 20.4.2015, he is submitting demand draft bearing No.093285 amounting to Rs.7500/- favouring Balwinder Singh as travel and other charges and demand draft No.093526 amounting to Rs.60000/- favouring President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Amritsar for preparing FDR for one year and compliance of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission has been complied with by the respondent No.1. In view of the above statement, Sh.Nitin Madaan, Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that he has received demand draft bearing No.093285 amounting to Rs.7500/- favouring Balwinder Singh as travel and other charges on behalf of the applicant. He has further stated that as the respondent No.1 has deposited Rs.60000/- for making FDR in this Forum and he has received demand draft bearing No.093285 amounting to Rs.7500/- favouring Balwinder Singh as travel and other charges on behalf of the applicant as per the order of the Hon'ble National Commission and he withdraws the present execution application at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one after the decision of the revision by the Hon'ble National Commission. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh one after the decision of the revision by the Hon'ble National Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
