ORDER

The 1st J.Dr. is present when we questioned him as to why he should not be tried for disobedience of the order of this Forum under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 he pleads guilty and prays for leniency. The counsel representing him submits in view of plead of guilty by this J.Dr. nominal fine may be imposed and he be left at liberty. The surety of the 2nd J.Dr. submits that he is only a worker in the lorry booking office and further prayed for remitting the bond from Rs.10,000/- having regard to the plea putforth by 1st J.Dr. and 2nd J.Dr. bond amount of surety is remitted Rs.5,000/- and 1st J.Dr. shall pay Rs.3,000/- to the account of Consumer Welfare Fund. Execution petition is closed.
