Complainant  Sri Anjan  Kr Das  is  present   along  with   counsel  Sri   S. Das. The   petition no-  1662/23   filed   by the   complainant   is pending   for order. Heard  the ld.   counsel    Sri  A.K. Roy   appearing  for the   opp. party.  The   complainant   by the   aforesaid   petition  wants to    withdraw    the case   as  he   do   not want   to proceed   further  for  some    personal   difficulties  etc. After  hearing   both the  parties   petition is   allowed. Case is  dismissed  on withdrawal .
