          This consumer complaint coming up before us on 29.09.2021 for appearance, marking of necessary amendment, for filing clean copy and for appropriate orders and this Commission made the following order in open court:

            No representation for complainant.  Counsel for opposite party present.  Today this matter is posted for appearance of complainant and for making necessary amendment in the cause title of the complaint by impleading the LR’s of complainant or for dismissal.  When this matter was called at 10.30 A.M., there was no representation for complainant.   Hence, the matter was passed over and again called at 12.50 Noon, the complainant was again not present and the complainant has not taken any steps.  Since, the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case, the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
