            Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

            The complainant is absent on repeated call. It is about 12.50 PM. Despite order dated  14.03.2022 complainant fails to file any show cause. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant files an application stating that she tried to her best to contact with the complainant over telephone, MSG and WhatsApp and also conveyed the next date of the hearing. Despite her all efforts,  the complainant did not response even the complainant did not clear the professional dues. Thus, she has no instruction.

Considering the above aspect and absence of the complainant, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the consumer complaint is liable to be dismissed for default.

That the consumer case is dismissed for default.
