          1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

          2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. After accepting the notice first opposite party entered appearance and filed version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. The notice issued to the second opposite party was not returned and hence the complainant was directed to take steps against the second opposite party. Inspite of giving sufficient opportunities and also informing the complainant over phone to appear before this Commission, the complainant failed to appear before this Commission and not made any arrangements to take steps against the second opposite party. In view of the continuous absence of the complainant and not taking any steps against the second opposite party, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

              In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
