Case called out. Counsel for the parties present. The parties have filed a compromise alongwith affidavit of the respondent/complainant that they have compromised the matter and that the appeal may be decided in terms of the compromise. As per the compromise the amount of Rs.29,000.00 deposited with the Forum as FD is to be released with interest to the respondent/complainant and thereafter, there will be no dispute remaining between the parties.

Since the parties have compromised the matter, therefore, this appeal is decided in terms of the compromise which shall form part of this order.

Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
