Today, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that there is some technical defect in framing the complaint and the complainant does not want to proceed the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects.”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if any, as per law. Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
