On 28.8.2015, Sh.Ravinder Singh, Attorney holder of the opposite party got recorded his statement that as per settlement between the parties, opposite party has waived off all the previous dues of the complainant regarding connection No.0183-5003003 and there remains nothing due towards the complainant. Opposite party will install the new connection with the old number mentioned above within 7 days subject to filling of new SAF form from the complainant. The entire exercise will be conducted by the opposite party and opposite party will get the form filled from the complainant. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded statement that he withdraws the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
