HON’BLE JUSTICE MR. ISHAN CHANDRA DAS, PRESIDENT

Mr. Tufan Mishra, Ld. Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the Complainant by filing a Vokalatnama.  Ld. Advocate for the OPs submits that the legible copy of the Petition of Complaint has already been served upon him.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/441/2017 filed by the Complainant is taken up for hearing.  Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits that he wants to withdraw the Complaint Case as there are some changes in the Complaint and prays for liberty to file a fresh Complaint Case.  The prayer is allowed.  The Complainant is given liberty to file a fresh Complaint in appropriate manner if not otherwise barred by law.  The Complaint Case is thus disposed of.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/441/2017 is also disposed of.
