Learned counsel for the Appellant files a memo stating therein that the respondent /complainant has already received the decreetal amount and prayed to disposed of the appeal as infructuous.

In view of such fact , the appeal is dismissed as infructous .

The statutory amount deposited be refunded to the appellant with interest accrued thereon if any after due verification with proper identification.
