       The complainant filed this case against the o.p. with the allegation that after purchasing the movie ticket while they went to see the movie some advertisement were shown which took the valuable time of the complainant and his family members but it is curious enough that the complainant failed to annex the movie tickets at the time of filing of the case. The complainant on earlier occasion prayed for filing of the documents but in spite of giving ample opportunity to file the documents the complainant failed to file the same on the contrary the statutory period of 21 days is over from the date of filing of the case i.e within the statutory period the complainant could not file the document. Accordingly the complaint petition filed by the complainant is hereby dismissed.
